sitelock charged me every week with hidden fees and they commited unauthorized transaction
They billed me extra several times. my site is not even configured at all. AVOID this service. if you use it, you will hate your life. they have hidden fees. if anyone want to see proves i have them. they even tried to charge me $1.00 which it declined. as my cc provider has told me.

I was p!ssed and aggravated at the situation. However, Brandon sympathized and talked reason and then Ethen fixedly issue. Basically A. That happening to your website sux B. We see it all the time C. We can fix it and here are your options for future protections D. Go to Bed, well will take care of it And dismount.

Excellent service
Prompt, effective support and, probably the biggest factor for me, live contact with a human being instead of endless messages on an answering system or references to Knowledge Base articles. If necessary they do it all for you.
