Follow up TERRIBLE
Retracting original positive feedback as no customer service team member has helped or answered my emails or live chats regarding my sites status.I was amazingly told I may need to UPGRADE my plan, keep in mind for a website with zero content. All the great work done by the original sales a tech team completely tossed down the drain.

Kudos to Thomas!
Thomas very quickly identified the issue, which was causing the problem, then fixed while I was on the phone with him. His knowledge and expertise made quick dispatch of the matter, all the while being courteous and professional. He should be recognized for the quality of his work. By the way, three separate technicians at ipage were unable to do what Thomas did. Great Technology Team
I had the recent pleasure of working with Thomas on an open issue and after a not-so-pleasant experience with someone in sales, Thomas was fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable, totally an “extra-mile” kind of guy - so essentially he redeemed the first person’s mess.

Not a great start, but, happy ending
I started with SiteLock due to a website hack. My first interaction with SiteLock wasn't great at all, however, after going back and forth through a lot of conversation with different SiteLock agents, James Giles treaded the case perfectly. Not only he fixed the technicality of the issue but also he mended the broken trust between us. Thanks James
