Fast and Thorough Malware Cleaning
When our site was attacked and redirected to a porn site, the SiteLock team had it back up and running without malware in a less than four hours. They contacted us later to inform us that an old zip file for a WordPress theme we were no longer using also contained malware and removed it for us.

I called SiteLock and a rep answered…
I called SiteLock and a rep answered the phone! I was shocked and checked to make sure that I called the correct number. It was nice not having to scream at a automated machine. My rep was extremely pleasant to speak with and helpful. Good job SiteLock for providing phenomenal customer service!

Excellent support and service from SiteLock
We get very good support from SiteLock. Our charity website was recently hacked and SiteLock cleared out the infected files very promptly. Sitelock has now installed a Firewall for our web site and will send weekly updates to us.

Excellent service
Excellent service - they did exactly what they said they'd do very calmly and in a timely manner, which was quite reassuring for someone who thought his livelihood had just disappeared down a hacker's drain.

Sitelock saved my sites!
I lost access to my two best websites due to a Wordpress attack. Sitelock was able to clean them up and get me back in. Allan was extremely helpful, sympathetic and patient and I thank him for his help. Highly recommended.
