Its fake guys. They are playing with you so that you can pay. I experienced the same on my dedicated server with hostgator. Then there agents takes you as a joke. Please don't buy.

SiteLock Is A Must-Have For All Of My Websites
SiteLock really does have a great product suite to keep our websites safely online. Excellent customer support. True story. I have shared hosting with 10 other client websites. Only one of the sites had SiteLock firewall protection. A malware bot got into one of the website’s vulnerabilities and infected all of the other sites on that server.
