The quick response time and comprehensive, yet easy to understand explanations of both the problem and the solutions to it were very professional, helpful, and calming. I was very upset when the malware hit my website, so I really appreciated the thoroughness of everyone who helped me. Also, they just never quit until my problem was solved.
