Wonderful customer support
Wonderful customer support. Rep I dealt with (Ethan Hillis) was great he was able to explain my security issue as well as options succinctly and in a way that was easy for me to understand. The Sitelock team is able to resolve my issue and get my site back up and running sooner than I imagined, which is an incredible relief. Thank you so much for your amazing service!

Ridiculously expensive security with expensive cancellation fee…
Expensive security packages, pressure you into a yearly contract, and then the cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost of the year's service, which is ridiculously high again! You can find more affordable and fair companies elsewhere.

The SiteLock team was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we called, my call was answered by a "live" technician. When I called some technicians were first hand informed of our issues, without having to read the notes. My only criticism was that there wasn't always an email about the progress of the issue, until we called back to find out our status.
