If your website is important to you I highly recommend this company to insure that it is protected. They will answer all of your questions and they have exceptional service. They helped me recover and protect number of my websites after they were infected with malware and shut down by my server. It is nice to be able to rest easy knowing that my websites are safe and protected.

Above and beyond! If still exists!
Eric nailed it today. On several fronts he provided above and beyond customer service to this non-tech savvy novice. Thank you for not treating me like a newbie. Thank you for calling me back. Thank you for meeting me where I was, landing the sale, and answering immediately. I considered going with a competitor but there was no working phone number for support. Just online tickets. He repped SieLock well tonight. My stress is gone thanks to him. Just thought someone should know!

Brilliant customer service & support
I had a terrible malware virus across my whole server which I had attempted to eliminate manually but couldn't. Aside from being very nice people, Michael and John at SiteLock were thoroughly professional and patient and got all my sites clean and back up and running safely and securely in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended.
