This was the second time in 3 years…

This was the second time in 3 years that we have been "Hacked". And it came at a critical time in our season also for the second time. I could not ask our web designer to totally redo the website again. This will keep our site clean and prevent this from happening again. The Customer Service was great and the Techs did a good job! I thought they were going to avoid me…

I thought they were going to avoid me over ways to reduce my bill or deny the request altogether. However, Samantha promptly gave me options and my plan was changed the bill reduced.
