Awkard to cancel
I took a plan out from sitelock, ended up not using it. Wanted to cancel the subscription, not asking for a refund just so the next month i would not be billed. I was on live chat for over 30 minutes and i kept asking to cancel they kept ignoring my messages and trying to keep me on the plan asking what service i was using, what security i had in place, what i planned to do if my site got blacklisted. This was the second time in 3 years…
This was the second time in 3 years that we have been "Hacked". And it came at a critical time in our season also for the second time. I could not ask our web designer to totally redo the website again. This will keep our site clean and prevent this from happening again. The Customer Service was great and the Techs did a good job! I thought they were going to avoid me over ways to reduce my bill or deny the request altogether. However, Samantha promptly gave me options and my plan was changed the bill reduced.
