Confidence restored

Awkard to cancel
I took a plan out from sitelock, ended up not using it. Wanted to cancel the subscription, not asking for a refund just so the next month i would not be billed. I was on live chat for over 30 minutes and i kept asking to cancel they kept ignoring my messages and trying to keep me on the plan asking what service i was using, what security i had in place, what i planned to do if my site got blacklisted. I was told you couldn't cancel via the portal for security but in the live chat wasn't ...

Hackers beware! your toast.... We were advised to go to these guys to sort out multiple Hostgator security issues which led to access to our site for hackers to exploit; it looks like all the malware etc. is cleared up, good work guys.
