Exceptional Support!
Crystal was absolutely stellar in helping us get things back up and running after a billing issue with our account caused some serious technical difficulties. I fully expected to have to work through layers of DNS and SSL configuration to resolve, but Crystal took the initiative to help us through this with very little pain on our end. Trustworthy and Efficient
Very pleased with our service from SiteLock. When our website was infected with malware, SiteLock reps coordinated with our host service to quickly fix the issue. The monthly service fee for monitoring and resolving issues on the site from spam, viruses and malware is a modest price to pay for such enormous peace of mind. Very thankful for their excellent customer care and swift service!
