So nice to talk to real helpful people on the phone.

Very Happy with my service

Alexander explained the tiered Site Lock service in a way that I can understand (I am not tech-savvy!), and I didn't feel as though he was rushing me off the phone, as some customer agents tend to do. Overall, I am very happy with my Site Lock service.
