I felt taken care of and had absolute trust in the advice I was given. This proved to be correct in every way. The situation of having my website attacked was very stressful. Having an experienced advisor that was also understanding helped me to stay calm and take the steps necessary. It was really great to see how quickly the problems were solved.

Set up is painful and support inconsistent

I had a good feeling about SiteLock when I signed up, and the signup process was super quick. I signed up three websites and im still not fully set up. I get emails from someone I've not dealt with who don't seem to relate with the information I have already provided. When speaking to them on the phone, I've had great support and also very poor assistance. I just don't seem to be getting anywhere fast with completing the setup. Professional and Quality Service

Alexander Hebert was very professional, I ask for a copy of an invoice and he ask if I needed one for the month that we are in now. He also told me that we could save by paying annually instead of month to month. He took the time to listen to what I needed and offer suggestions that would benefit our company.

Sitelock is Fantastic! I'm old enough that y 5th Grade Weekly Reader said, "In the future everyone will have their own phone number, even children." Chelsea took ownership of the call and…

Chelsea took ownership of the call and the situation, despite big mistake by Sitelock to close down my sites with no pre-advisory or notification that the websites would go offline for non payment. An email would have been nice to remind me the date of payment instead of shutting down my sites, making me lose the face infront of my customers. They remember the issues we had in july which was supposed to be resolved with the high priced protection offered by sitelock, but then today again ...

Competent, professional, efficient

I just spoke with Justin Jones in customer support and had the easiest time ever explaining a pretty complex issue and getting very quick accurate and helpful responses (it was quick even though a supervisor's help was needed). I didn't have to sit and waste time on hold as a courtesy call back was given as soon as all the information necessary was gathered.
