As bad an experience as can be imagined.
We had six sites hacked through a common Hostgator portal. Hostgator encouraged us to hire Sitelock to fix it. They charged a ridiculous amount of money and did not fix it as the sites kept getting hacked week after week, and then we had TWO problems -- hacked sites and excessive charges from Sitelock. Really worth every penny and I could never have done it on my own.

My debit card had been compromised so I had to update my billing information and cancel protection for a website I no longer have. Was very quick and friendly. They handled everything for me and got me all updated.

Quinn Review
You should honestly give Quinn a promotion or a raise -- anything you can do to keep him at your company. I spoke with three other people at SiteLock and Quinn was the one that went the extra mile. He stayed on the phone for almost two hours with me until my really, really, bad issue was resolved. I'd hire him away from SiteLock in a New York second if I could.
