I needed some help with our website and some changes needed to be made for protection..
I needed some help with our website and James Page was able to clearly explain all of the protections and what we should expect if we signed up or chose not to. He made it easy for someone who is not very technologically gifted, a simplified and easy to understand version.. He answered all of our questions and took care of our companies needs quickly AND got an email out to us with the 1/2 hour.. Wonderful and warm service.. Thank you so much James for making this experience positive..

He updated my payment details, made necessary changes to my account, and walked me through the dashboard and gave me a super easy-to-follow tutorial on managing my account from the back-end.
