Very professional
I signed up with SiteLock today and was very pleased with my initial contacts. Both the initial customer service rep and the on-boarding rep were very courteous and professional, explaining the available option to me and walking me through the set-up process and explaining the dashboard to me.

Very professional service and helpful…
Very professional service and helpful customer service. Even when I canceled my subscription (I didn't need a website any longer) they gave very good technical advice on how to deal with name registration and hosting provider. Excellent and recommendable.

Good but not great
I have always had good interactions with the team on the phone. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The service is a little expensive, and they did create an outage on my site for about 4 days that I had to bring to their attention because they didn't verify everything worked when they transferred servers after I had been with them for nearly a year. In addition, their dashboard is unnecessarily difficult to interpret and use, so I mostly just ignore it. I just signed up for year 2 of service.

Yesterday morning I received a message from SiteLock that malware was detected on my site. The day before, I had inserted the advertising network code, which is often scolded by antivirus because of its specifics.
