Excellent work

Excellent work. I got some malware on my website so I signed in for sitelock. After couple of hours these guys cleaned my web site. Set up my cdn account and sent me an instruction how to implement it with caching plugin. Customer service is really great. Thanks again

The Support Staff is courteous

The Support Staff is courteous, helpful, and willing to work for the client. Somehow the package we had in place for over a year (True Shield Premium) did not include the feature we needed (manual scan and clean). However SiteLock did provide us with a fairly low-cost upgrade which did provide a manual scan and clean, as well as reportedly unlimited future "scan and cleans". Horrible Experience

I was forced to get an account with Sitelock when my website was hacked (I was using HostGator as hosting provider back then). The account is expensive, and I was forced to pay for a whole year membership. I've tried to cancel my account several times and it has been a horrible experience. Emails get answered about other matters, but as soon as you mention cancelling, they get ignored. I ended up calling them, and the extensions I was asked to press to talk to sales led me to some other ...

Very professional service and helpful customer service. Even when I canceled my subscription (I didn't need a website any longer) they gave very good technical advice on how to deal with name registration and hosting provider. Excellent and recommendable.

Very professional

I signed up with SiteLock today and was very pleased with my initial contacts. Both the initial customer service rep and the on-boarding rep were very courteous and professional, explaining the available option to me and walking me through the set-up process and explaining the dashboard to me.
