Dash Board does not have a drop down or indication of the level of protection the customer of Site Lock has paid for (e.g. no ref to what "exactly" is included in the customer's plan).

My experience with Sitelock is superior. The tech support rep took the bull by the horns and laid out the process to recognize my website SSL certificate. I thought I was going to have to upload myself but she did it for me. Extraordinary! Thank you.
