best customer service we have had in a long time

We did buy the premium membership but totally worth it. After joining sitelock and right after having them check our site they did all the work that we weren't able to do. Thank you for great customer service, the best I've had in a long time from any company.

I'm a writer, not much of a computer guy, and I had a disaster with my site. It required changing domain management and ownership with a third party provider. The best part of dealing with SiteLock was actually talking to a human, and as a bonus English was his first language. I cancelled my Sitelock services on Feb. 28, via email, phone, support ticket, and chat. It took them 5 days to acknowledge my cancellation request. Then they billed me for another month of service on March 3. I called billing to complain and to request a refund, and the person who I spoke with was extremely rude, would not allow me to speak but talked over me when I tried, and refused to provide a refund.
