An Amazing Experience
My experience with SiteLock was amazing. More communication than communication that I have ever received from any service; they kept me apprised of their progress very regularly and notified me when they noticed additional problems and that there might be a delay. SiteLock went above and beyond my expectations. I wish I had set up my account with them sooner.

Beware! If you move your site, or for any reason don't want to continue to use their service, it is VERY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL. You can't cancel via their online portal. They require that you speak with someone, but for the past 2-3 weeks they've had ridiculous wait times. Then, if you don't cancel within the 30 days by their count, you won't get a refund. Note, their reminder that your account will be automatically renewed comes only 10 days prior to the cancellation date, so yet another ...
