Excellent tech support on installing…
Excellent tech support on installing and cleaning your site for malware. John spent a lot of time with me on the phone and answered all of my questions in plain talk. Incredibly helpful. The only reasons I am giving a 9 instead of a 10....(1) when you call tech support, you are often disconnected before you get through and you have to call back. and (2) since installing Sitelock on my site I can no longer send or receive email.

We feel safe with SiteLock
A couple of years ago we had two websites. Then one of them, the one with lots of links coincidentally, was attacked, and we had to either have it completely cleaned or we had to cut it loose and keep the domain name, but let it wonder off into the ether. So we quit updating it and had the website name redirect you to the other site. My site was hacked
My site was hacked, in a big way. Red paged and blacklisted from Google. Ben Hatcher from Site Lock, answered all my questions, patiently walked me through all the steps and submitted a request for review to Google for me. I was back among the living within 48 hours. Thank you Ben!
