WHO IS LYING
WHO IS LYING? All my sites and emails went down since 13 May 2020. Hosting is Bluehost (the worst ever, please stay away) and they informed due to malware. Bluehost suggested sitelock to clean malware which i did. Got an email from sitelock that everything is cleaned. Bluehost saying still got malware and suspended my account. He stayed with me to walk through and understand the problem with my website, outlined the steps he recommended to locate and remove the problem, performed those steps, and fixed my website. Good people, good analysis, good reviews. My only concern is that SIteLock seemed not to alert me to a few problems during the past few weeks and that some new software was added to SiteLock, but I was not reminded to start up these improvements.

What an awful company to work with
What an awful company to work with. When you have a problem they use aggressive sales tactics to sign you up to a long term contract. When you want to leave, they say they can not terminate your agreement until you talk to them and they will call you soon but they never call. You then go onto their help support page and the person says that they are not the right person to talk to and they can not put you through to the right person.
