Would not recommend at all

Would not recommend at all, I'm with ipage hosting and Sitelock is a partner of theirs who constantly bombard me with emails/claims that my sites have issues. None of my other sites hosted elsewhere have issues. I was pretty much forced to join sitelock for 1 year in order to get my site back online. Sitelock have a great contract where you have to signup with them for a years service, you can terminate early but you have to pay 50% of the yearly bill.

I have had nothing but bad experiences …

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. We've been in the web business for many years and all of a sudden our server was "infected" and we were pretty much forced into paying SiteLock a fee for every site on our server to protect it. Not only do I feel like this company is a waste of money, but SiteLock has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to reach someone to help me remove sites from the account that we are no longer hosting, and they ...

Never been happy with these guys

Never been happy with these guys. I've had consistently poor experiences with them. Their service team keeps trying to pass responsibility and deny changes that they've made. I'm looking forward to my year commitment with them being done so I can be done with them.
