Scam, but very hard to avoid with certain providers
I bought their premium scanning and cleaning service through Bluehost, only to have my site shut down from malware without any indication from them that there was a problem. They then refused to send me the results of the scans they were supposed to be doing, so I could clean the site myself. Instead, they did the hard sell on a $99/mo service, prepaid in advance for a year. Completely and utterly worthless and unethical extortionists. I will probably end up just closing the site and ...

Sitelock is a complete waste of money
Sitelock is a complete waste of money. Once I signed the contract they would not let me cancel. They made me call 30 days before the contract ended and then made me wait on hold for over an hour, Beware... Check your web service provider as they should have their own security in place. My Domain should have had security but they work together allowing hacks to happen.

would rather close a ticket fast than close it right. PROBLEM NOT SOLVED AT ALL
what the heck.. my website isn't showing up.. It hasn't' for over 6 months.. this has been a 1 year problem.. and I sent my contact a notice that it STILL is not showing up.. he sent me an email saying it was, then sent me a follow up saying that he saw the issue and would submit a ticket.. 10min later I get a closure on my ticket saying that it'll come up when google reviews it?
