Sitefinity has been a love hate relationship over the last 10 years.
What do you like best? Support has been great to work with, but the time zone differences and timeliness of responses has been tough. We really like the custom modules functionality and use it heavily. Very easy to translate content Templating system is getting much better including well know css frameworks like Bootstrap (not reinventing the wheel is good What do you dislike? Upgrades have never worked the first time on the any of the sites we have upgraded. I wish there was ...

Flexible Enterprise .net CMS
What do you like best? Enterprise features and support are top notch. Integrated analytics are helpful What do you dislike? There are some out of the box features that need tweaking and customization that one would think should just work a certain way. Support helps though. Recommendations to others considering the product If you're looking for an enterprise solution you should not be looking for another package. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Sitefinity CMS - easy to use
What do you like best? Sitefinity is perfect for those who don't have experience in web development or content management for websites. It is easy to use and most people are able to maintain their webpages without any help from a developer. What do you dislike? There have been times that we have experienced issues with documents in the documents repository. If a new document has the same name as the old one, once you sync content, the new one sometimes is not the one you are viewing ...

Robust CMS to handle all your web management needs
What do you like best? Since 3.7 i'm familiar with this CMS and have watched it grow as a developer. Sitefinity offers the right tools to build a website, and has great features for content management. Editing content was never this simple with drag & drop widgets and customizable page layouts. What do you dislike? Between versions 4 through 8, many subversions were released. These were not always bug free. After an upgrade it was quite annoying to find functionality that did not work as ...

Usable , simple
What do you like best? Creating the module and the auto generated widget . Email Campaigns. Simple to the end users. What do you dislike? The navigation widget modification is too complex. Solid CMS System
What do you like best? I like the ease of being able to edit pages, move/rename pages and also change small layout items by using the layout feature of the editor. I also like that Sitefinity is very extensible, being built with SQL server and ASP.net. What do you dislike? It is fairly complex to go beyond simple editing and minor layout changes. You need programming skills to set up templates (unless you use built in ones and to make changes. Also the price, I feel that the cost is ...

Excellent product!
What do you like best? Best is the sharepoint like content type management. Merging it with MVC support makes it really easy to design application. Easy for administrator to do data entry. It took really less time to pick up Sitefinity CMS for development and everyone enjoyed building such a massive site like Astronics. What do you dislike? I most dislike out of the box search feature. It has limitations in sitefinity 8 and it has improved in latest version. Also, we faced lot of issues ...

Amazing CMS
What do you like best? Accessibility and usability. Page creation and managing the content is very easy even for non-IT personnel . This CMS enables various personnel - not just the tech-savvy people - to add and manage content. For example, someone who writes for the company blog can simply access the CMS, write and edit their blog post, maybe add an image or two and publish it without having to, say, submit work to the web designer or developer and wait for them to add it to the site. ...
