Sitefinity responsive to client needs

What do you like best? I like the service staff at Sitefinity. Their response time to my questions is consistently same day or within 24 hours. Once issues are discussed, the service staff is always clear to talk about expectations and timelines, which are prompt. What do you dislike? My frustrations with Sitefinity have been limited. I would like more flexibility in changing the appearance of our website pages, but many of my issues have been with getting our third-part provider to work ...

User friendly website backend content changes

What do you like best? I have used other software products to update websites for work and Sifefinity is the most user friendly software out there. I enjoy updating and creating new pages for my company's website with Sitefinity. For example, when I am adding new content, the formatting features are easy to manipulate. What do you dislike? This is my second year working with Sitefinity and the only issue that I have is that the undo feature is not functional. I have to cancel the changes ...

Easy to deploy

What do you like best? Flexibility in deployment options. We were originally told by a 3rd party that it would be deployed to a single host, which was not acceptable. Instead, by doing a little research, I found that we could deploy to a scalable, multi-node Web App in Azure. What do you dislike? During the first time license renewal, we had to contact sales directly rather than simply renewing through the online portal. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Robust and reliable solution for managing website

What do you like best? We have been using Sitefinity CMS for over 3 years. The platform has been very reliable and hasn't required us to reach out for support very often. We recently launched a redesigned version of the site and moved to a responsive layout - Sitefinity has allowed us to add custom modules etc. while remaining at it's core a stable and solid way to manage our website content. What do you dislike? The UI. While recent versions of the platform have made improvements, the UI ...

Great product and event better company.

What do you like best? I really like the products, but what really got me was the team! The Sitefinity personnel were outstanding. What do you dislike? I believe the product needs to be regressed more before each release. Recommendations to others considering the product Find a good partner to help train your implementation team. Great Product and Great Service

What do you like best? Easy to use, but still a robust product. What do you dislike? Things like mobile optimization should come as standard these days. Great functionality and ease-of-use

What do you like best? Sitefiinity offered the out-of-the-box functionality we wanted. The deployment required very little custom development to meet our needs. The responsive layout features are great and allow us to easily spin up new pages. The support team is generally responsive and helpful when we encounter issues. What do you dislike? With each new version, there seems to be a new batch of minor bugs. Because of this, we have to dedicate a significant amount of time to testing ...
