A more user friendly enterprise level CMS
What do you like best? The structure of content was easy to follow. I learned the system in a day. It was moldable to our content needs, even if that required bootlegging some of their inherit options What do you dislike? The sites I've seen built on Sitefinity aren't the most beautiful. And our developers told us there were limitations with some of the functionality we desired that felt more modern. I'm not sure how much of that was our development team or a true Sitefinity limitation ...

Right tool for the right purpose
What do you like best? Powerful organizational tools and the ability manage multiple sites within 1 admin What do you dislike? Can be complex for novice users, if the content team does not have some level of experience they can easily make mistakes that cause unnecessary issues. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure the product isn’t more than needed. It is a great tool for the right situation but if you implement the product for a site that either can’t take ...

Recommended for both developers and designers.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's relatively simple to use. It also happens to be easy enough to understand. It teaches users on how to maximize it fully. There are some restrictions that can either be challenging to push through or not longer possible to do based on the libraries utilized by the SF. They can be annoying when going ...

Sitefinity Experience for New Website
What do you like best? Having the ability to restore previous pages if something was published incorrectly. What do you dislike? Hosting multiple sites on one account proved challenging. If a change was made accidentally on a global level, all sites were affected. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a new website solves several business problems : We did not have choice in who our host was going to be.

Fairly intuitive, easy mistakes
What do you like best? The user interface is easy to understand and navigate but it is easy to make mikatakes thatbarent fixable unless you are familiar with coding. What do you dislike? Provided templates weren’t enough. Need to hire third party to design templates and now have to work with them for any major changes. What business problems are you solving with the product? Functionality good, service not so good
What do you like best? My UX team is able to utilize the tool easily, but there are still unknown pieces of functionality that we have yet to crack open. What do you dislike? The lack of communication from our account manager. We have yet to receive details on an upgrade or rarely asked how we are using the tool. Recommendations to others considering the product If you want strong account management, training and communication from your vendor, do not go to this product. What business ...
