Requires a decent amount of technical assistance from a partner. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The CMS is great, a little technical but very powerful and flexible and I have trained dozens of users with different levels of technical experience without issues What do you dislike? We attempted to use ECM/EXM and Engagement Plans on 7.x and 8.x and it was always terrible. Support tickets were often ignored and basic functionality simply did not work. What do you like best? I love how the platform enables marketers to do what they do best... What do you dislike? I wish the learning curve wasn't quite so steep - as a technical resource, I remember being completely overwhelmed when I was new to the community.
