What do you like best? I like the componentization aspect of Sitecore. It's interesting to me as a developer but I started out as a Web Production employee just making content updates. What do you like best? I like using Sitecore for content management because it's so extensible. You get a lot out of the box but you can extend it with custom code. There are multiple modules available to developers which allow developers to leverage existing work without rebuilding the wheel. The personalization rules engine is very powerful.
