What do you like best? Great, full functionality and compatibility with a LOT of different equipment, software, and systems. It offers immediate notifications of problems that are happening in the moment and can even predict future problems. We would have logged some crazy downtime if it wasn't for Site24x7. Good alternative to monitor your sites.

What do you like best? It is easy to use, works as expected and is quite quick to set up. A highlight is that the plug-in system allows simple Python-based scripts to be mounted anywhere on the servers. Other highlights are system interfaces, password services, the remote desktop and the calendar. What do you like best? Awesome and intuitive application user interface and process forwards application to monitor test progress and alarms off site and provide better on call scheduling. Single tool to track your complete IT Asset

What do you like best? Before i was using multiple tools to track my IT assets but now i can track all most all our IT assets right from Windows server, IIS and externally hosted web applications. Even it has option to track AWS and Azure as well. When it comes to reports, what it surprised me is i have not even configured weekly report but they have consider the basic needs and it is configured out of the box and its in my inbox with complete up and down time. ...

An excellent choice for monitoring

What do you like best? The amount of aggregate data able to be pulled per service is astounding. We had a SPOG overview of all services that far exceeded our own internal monitoring tools. Setup was easy and we could add hosts with haste. What do you dislike? The price can be slightly prohibitive if you are working with thin margins already. What do you like best? The fact that it contains all the necessary plugins out of the box. Easy to integrate with existing Infra. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We used smartbear alertsite for many years prior, and this seems to do everything they did, with better ease of use, and at a lower price. This product allows us to monitor various different flows on the website that are common to our users, and track those behaviors to make sure they are always up and running.
