What do you like best? I found the product to be very intuitive to use. Without much training I was able to create a rudimentary dashboard, start to formulate questions around enhancing my dashboard, and then find answers to those questions online super quickly. The thing we liked the most is flexibility, because the system allows us to customize the interface, and to drill deeper into our data with automatic reports and purposeful dashboards. The UI is simplified to the max, dashboards are easy to make, the connection manager is impeccable, and works perfectly with SQL to build custom fields. It is self-hosted, just so you know. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Analysis are not that good, there is not a Plan B option. What do you like best? I love being able to layer different types of data together. What do you like best? Their training courses are solid. I have beginner level experience in SQL and databases yet, I am able to create elasticubes and dashboards because of the provided training.
