A finicky and slow way to view your data

What do you like best? After enough help from our business intelligence team to properly get a dashboard set up the way I like it, I find that the most useful part of the software is the ability to download a set of data as a CSV file. I can then import that CSV into excel, make it into a pivot table, and manipulate all the data that way. It's much faster and easier than constantly trying to add / remove rows or values.
