Good reporting tool but slow loading data.
What do you like best? The fact that I have all my channels attribution metrics in one place. What do you dislike? Data loads very slow. It takes so much time to view data from filter or to request new reports What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reporting but downloading raw data, report on platform is very slow losing.

What do you like best? It allows us to look at our data in one platform rather than pulling data from multiple places. What do you dislike? Sometimes the filters are a bit overwhelming. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a very speedy platform with tons of insights. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It increases our reporting speed allowing us to iterate on spend quicker.

Capable Attribution and Cost tracking solution
What do you like best? Singulars systems have grown a lot over the past two years both on the attribution and cost aggregation side What do you dislike? While their support team has improved their knowledge and timeliness significantly, getting the proper answers is still sometimes difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to track our installs, find fraud, and calculate ROI through the tool.

Overall good user experience
What do you like best? I use Singular mainly to keep track of our Digital marketing campaigns. What do you dislike? Sometime when loading a report it takes too long. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Analysing data, write reccomendations on reports.
