Very useful tool in gaining insights to huge amounts of data
What do you like best? Able to make custom reports and dig deep into country wide data.This is very useful for looking at campaigns from a holisitic and top-line view when trying to gauge performance as a whole for one geo. Having all data in one place make for a good experience What do you dislike? System can often take a long time for reports to load. Singular review - especially useful for attribution and holistic strategy planning
What do you like best? The ability to view different countries from different platforms in one consolidated platform. I also liked the ability to see different attribution options. What do you dislike? Reports can take a while to load and the platform. They do a good job with attribution and help with inquiries.
What do you like best? I like that Singular customer service is very responsive and helpful when I have an inquiry. For example, when we had a data issue, I reached out to my Singular point of contact, Josh. He was quick to respond and forwarded me to the engineers, as the issue had to be handled by them. Great for cost data
What do you like best? Cost data is reliable and used as the source of truth within our company. What do you dislike? I don’t really have a negative, I use only for cost data, for this purpose Singular is, in my opinion, currently the best on the market. What problems are you solving with the product? Solved cost aggregation problems on team, provided easy platform to do ROI analysis
What do you like best? The idea that we don't need to hit multiple APIs in order to get cost and other related data from multiple different partners. Most major partners are integrated with Singular as well. Only requires one login per channel or network you are trying to receive data from. Because cost and revenue data reside in the same place within Singular, it is easy to get reports and analyse our marketing campaigns to optimise our efforts across multiple channels in one place. ...

What do you like best? gather all the vendor in the same place so you don't need multiple ETL jobs to get those data, it's kinda single source of truth What do you dislike? What do you like best? Singular has great tools to help build the dashboards that make your day to day operations more efficient. What do you dislike? Inability to pipe in 3rd party MMP data.
