What do you like best? Reduces the burden of admin on me when booking my clients What do you dislike? Could do with a little more flexibility of the personalisation to apply my own brand What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's reduced the time and effort of booking appointments with clients, it also gives them more options.

What do you like best? Simplybook is easy to use both for customers on the front-end and our users on the back-end. It had almost all the features we needed and was fully functional from day 1. What do you dislike? There is a lot of functionality that you'd think would be included that are pay for add-ons. Even now that I've upgraded to a pay for package, I still can't get all the functionality I'd really like to have because every piece is separate, but the booking site looks great ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This site functions in an easy manner for booking appointment with customers. I now have the ability switch times/days of my customers effortlessly including days off for my employees who call in sick. It's also simple to manage. The app can help keep you peeled in all appointments. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I'm not a big fan of its price tag. Enjoying the UX on this site

Enjoying the UX on this site - super simple to navigate. Im a newb when it comes to booking systems so cant compare with others in the market or what the value is compared to others. I just know its simplified my booking process for both me and my clients. I could do with a few mins going through what else the site could offer me, but as time is super short its something ill need to do when I get a mo.

It Is fab but small improvements needed

this is a fantastic service. very good customer service. reason for 4 stars is that a LOT of people post asking for services and you use credits to contact them and i would say about 20 percent of them say that they have booked someone else not through add too or are not interested anymore. so they don't necessarily need someone. but it is good. would just be great if we could get the credits back from the people who book elsewhere other than add too event
