Scheduling software that works
Scheduling software has completely changed how we can do business. There are a lot of options out there, but we recently changed to SimplyBook.me from Calendly because the latter is very unforgiving on large teams (per user seat pricing. Amazing Customer Service
What do you like best? The app is robust with features. When I needed some guidance on how to customize the service for my needs, their customer service team (Polly) was SUPER helpful. What do you like best? Simply Book is easy to understand and we use it in conjunction with Service Titan. It is not as customizable as I would like though. What do you dislike? I do not like that there is no option to have a different AMOUNT of DIFFERENT time slots. For example, I cannot set it to have 4 8am-11am slots and 6 12pm-3pm time slots on the same day. I would really like the option to manipulate the time slots in a way that would work better for the company. ...

New business starting with this system
Just starting with this. Good tutorials, self explanatory steps to follow. Only downside I can see so far is that the pos add in only deals with sales and doesn't seem to deal with refunds or -£

So far, so good!
So far I am happy with Simplybook. Great service and immediate help for any issues experienced via the live chat. The platform is great for anyone working in a profession that requires clients, customers or students to book regular slots. Easy and convenient. with attractive templates for your booking website.

In general Good
In general, the program is very cool for psychologists, coaches, hairdressers, doctors, masters of manicure and other individual entrepreneurs. Pleased with the possibility of two-way synchronization with the google calendar. There is a free version, you can test everything, try it. Inside, everything is configured very flexibly. You can try different colors and variations of the design of the drop page. Technical support is, but slow. Confidently put 9 out of 10
