Would not recommend this service to anyone.

No, not liking this software. It doesn't let you change your billing address. It doesn't let you change the interface of the booking widget on my website. I have the standard subscription and 25€ a month and the service is terrible! There is no phone number you can call. The live chat is so slow that even the most basic questions take half an hour. System wise, it takes ages if you want to alter a service, the screen seems to jump al the time. It tells me that the changes are not saved and ...

Their lastest implementation of Deposit on Services has made this service complete for any business that offers services and takes deposits for the service. What I do like about simplybook.me is that you can use it for free and not (as with other sides) have an upgrade at first and then, after expiring, you can't use your booking page at all, because of missing features and you are forced to book more expensive options. SimplyBook.me is an excellent booking site

SimplyBook.me is an great booking site and an improvement on my old system .It was easy to setup, even for a none techie and navigate through. The feedback and quick responses from the live chats are really good as well. This is by far one of the best booking systems and I have had a lot of positive feedback from current clients 10/10

On point feature for a appointment tool

this is a appointement booking tool that is easy to intergrated with wordpress, facebook, instagram. Two Major feature make it stand out among all the similar tool: firstly, clear pricing . secondly, integrated with payment system (ecpay for my local market)

Lots of features

It can feel quite clunky and non-intuitive to use at first. To get the full range of featurs suited to most businesses you need to add quite a lot of Custom Features and the most basic package only comes with 3 Custom Features.]It's a product I consider to be a useful addition to my growing business. It did take me a while to figure out how to use it though.I like the fact that Simply Book Me offers lots of integrations and a large selection fo payment processors.

Use it!

I have used Simplybook.me as a user for the last 5 years. It has been very good and had hardly any problems with it. If I had any problems the Help Center was fast and useful. Now Im stating my own company and I will used there as well. Use it! Its easy to use and cheaper then my local service providers have ever been.
