We were thrilled to find SimplyBook to use with our latest business venture. It is the ONLY tool that exists that would meet the needs of our unique business model. It has many great custom features and is affordable for a small business start-up. Without this tool, we would have spent easily $50k having someone else design our booking site! I implemented it on Marsupy Gaming Club website and on it's Facebook and IG. So far so good. There is still place for improvement. As we also work at night, it would be nice if a booking for example can be extended from today until tomorrow.

Great customer service!
Great customer service with live chat and always very happy to help you out! I have gone for the highest level payment plan as it turns out you need a load of their custom features to get the most from the software. The best appointment and medical note software I found out there by a long way!
