Easy to use
The proposed designs are very beautiful.Easy to use after configuration. Configuration as such is sometimes more laborious. However, the online help offered is very efficient.Some features depend on a very expensive subscription. A pity for small companies.

Great solution with most need features
Great solution with most need features. Best solution on the market. My wish would be more integration in other solutions like Jimdo Dolphin Shop, FastBill, Datev, Lexoffice. My highest need would be create invoices in similar app like in a other shop, have more flexibility on designing invoices and have the possibility to send attachements with Mails.

Best Business Decision I ever made...
I am so glad that I decided to switch booking systems this year.I was able to set up my profile and settings within days, it is easy to navigate around and I found the layout and mobile version very comfortable to use. The options are great and it looks incredibly professional and of a very high standard. I am so glad that I made the decision to switch providers and I am so happy with everything it has to offer. Highly recommend to all especially small therapy businesses.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I appreciate all the payment options. Once you get the hang of it it ease of navigating. What aspects are problematic or could work better? For a first time user it was a bit difficult to figure out where to navigate when looking for a particular option. However the tutorial videos and customer service helped ease the process.
