Good point and bad points.

I have been using this site for a few weeks. In the beginning it was slow for me to figure out. We are small seasonal business and needed to set something up for social distancing due to covid-19 in order to operate our business. I chose the simple version whick made it easier to navigate. We had good luck our first day using it. However, there is one negative glitch. They count timed out booking and failed bookings as a booking. The best booking solution you will find

The ease of use. It almost has it all. great software that fits almost any business. lots of extra features available that you can work with it the way you want.I've looked at different booking solutions and found SimplybookIt not only has the best solution, but it also has the best price/quality ratio. If you get happier by the hour during testing because it meets almost all your wishes and you see parts you didn't know but still are fantastic then you have the WOW.

Easy and Intuitive Platform

I have been using Siplybook.me just for a few weeks and I have been loving it. While I was using the free trial, they gave me all the support I needed to understand my association and help us. This pandemic brought us a few challenges and we needed an easy and intuitive booking platform. We payed now for 1 year subscription and I cannot wait to use more features! Also, soon we want to use internally as well.

Excellent tool for SME's

We have been using Simply Book for over a year now and it has seamlessly changed the way we operate as a small business. It's simplicity makes it easier for the operational staff to use, thus feeding through to the administration team to make their life easier. We intend on using this externally with our clients over the next few months and are very excited about the possibilities. We are incredibly happy and the customer service is amazing.

I love this tool, it has helped me to grow my business one step at a time and it has everything you need. I highly recommend it and will use it as long as my business Is going. THE BEST.

Super user friendly

We have been using SimplyBookMe for 6 months. The set up was super easy and our customers have no trouble using the system to sign up for classes. I have not had to use customer service at all, we haven't had a single issue with our site or the functionality of the program.

Great website

This is the best booking website that I have found. Great options ,live help and easy to use. The pricing isnt cheap but it is worth every dollar. I would recommend this site to anyone.

Great Customer Service

I signed up to try the 1 month free service and have continued with a one month paid subscription.The format looks great on customer side and whilst some of the configuration at the back end is a little complicated, the customer service has been superb. Every time I got stuck I simply went on their live chat and was helped right away.
