CLM tool is useful for reviewing agreements and now they have updated with features like termination period that will reduce processing time What do you dislike about SimpliContract? Personally, I faced sometimes this tool logged out very quickly then I have relogin to it. If the idle time period can be extended it will be helpful What problems is SimpliContract solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

What do you like best about SimpliContract? Easy User Interface and prompt support team who is always available to help you out. What do you dislike about SimpliContract? Being in the WIP stage, there will be some bug and patch fixes. Due to this, you will have to be up to date with all the frequent updates.
