Would like to see more integration apps. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Connecting with millennial's who's primary method of communication is texting or messaging.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? SimpleTexting is SOO user friendly, It's so easy to use from your phone or a laptop. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? So far, I haven't run into anything that I don't like. It meets all our needs perfectly! What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication is key to what we do and having the option to create different groups and utilize keywords is great!

The fact that the android app still has not been fixed so I can not use it. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Marketing. "Simple, just as the name implies"

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I finally found a product that allowed us to have a keyword text back tool using our very own number. We have an unlimited list of keywords we can use for any activity or event at our church. This tool makes it super easy to promote anything to our congregation. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? In order to have zero restrictions on our keywords, we chose (at not additional costs) to use our own phone number as the number people will text ...

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Easy to train users. Good customer service upfront. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I would like a plan with a smaller allotment of text messages - we don't get nearly the use of what we pay for. We pay $25 for many text messages that go unused (although they have started rolling over - that is a new feature). Also, we have to try and adapt our procedures to their cookie cutter templates. Actually I cant think of any negative thing, their support is awesome! What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? We rely on text messages to contact our users, Simple Texting is a great tool for that purpose.
