What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The ease of the app on your phone to send texts & the prompt response of customer service. I had inquired about using a short code for my number instead of a regular phone number. The reason for this is because I didn't want to confuse recipients of the texts thinking I was a person they knew but didn't have their number saved.
