I am very unhappy with the lack of…

I am very unhappy with the lack of features and functionality for such a high price per text. When I tried to cancel because of the cost, I was offered a 50% discount forever. I think that is shady. So if I didn't try to cancel I would have to pay double? Doesn't really feel fair to customers at all. While I did take your offer, it was only until I could find a better platform which I have. Well be transferring and canceling my account shortly.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The system is very streamline, economical and a great way to communicate with the tenants What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Everything is streamline with no dislike What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? I do not have to put notices on the tenants doors and everyone has opted in. Great way for communication.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the compliance notification requirement. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? "Simple Texting has been easy to use with quick support when I had account questions."

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I like the stability of the website, I have never seen it unreachable. Navigating back and forth between areas is simple enough for our front office staff to handle day to day responsibilities without getting our IT Department involved.
