What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The setup of the dashboard and the ease of use What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Not so much a dislike but I am not able to change my profile picture. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Bulk communications to the employees - provides a way to ensure the message was sent out and received.

Nothing really, every time I have a problem they are quick to fix them. Recommendations to others considering SimpleTexting: SimpleTexting is a great program. It does everything that I need it to do. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to have clients text the office number is a great time saver.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Easy to use and send out texts, easy to enter new numbers into the system. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Price is high for small organization like ours, price up for the text being MSM, which is all of our text is high since we use them to send out Zoom meeting announcements for group therapy. I would use for all of my clients in all of the areas if I could afford, but can't afford to put all of my patients in the system. What problems ...

There is nothing I dislike, but it will be very good to have an option to incorporate blast emails to those that don't have local (US) numbers, as we are a Higher Education institution with students located in different parts of the world (Online). What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I enjoy working with the support team and the developers during beta testing. I also enjoy the ease of use for scheduling campaigns in advance (as the main reason I use it is to notify my clients/team of when classes are & when they are starting. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Our chorus uses SimpleTexting for more than just sending out texts. We use it to sign up potential new chorus members for auditions. We display the keyword and short code while we are in parades and at our festival booth. It’s so much easier collecting information than pen and paper or on a device at the booth.
