What do you like best about SimpleTexting? One of the things that I love about simpletexting is that the ability to mass import contacts is so dead simple. It also seamlessly integrates with zapier and custom applications which is great for my business automation! What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Bait and Switch

Seems like a bait and switch. I signed up with a certain number of credits and was never warned about extra charges that will be applied. This was only brought to my attention at the time of the renewal with a large bill. As a non-profit organization, I don't have that kind of money to spend on these services and especially during the Pandemic. So I think the account was overcharged with no warnings and I was not given a fair resolution at the end of term.

"Bait and Switch"

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The user interface is good and easy to use the service. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? There are no warnings or any communication on overages. You sign up for a plan and if you go over your credits you will be paying 3 times more. I signed up for a $225 plan for a year and at the end of the year, I paid $225 + $631 = $856. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? It's well designed and has an intutive interface. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I wish I could set a display name that my audience sees when they receive our texts, rather than just a generic phone number, but I'm not sure that's even possible technologically. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a straightforward way to communicate with our tribe via text.
