What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The ease of use for the platform, being able to schedule messages to send on weekly basis and scheduling messages in general. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Haven't really run into any complaints thus far. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The ease of use is unmatched. We use the program for high-volume recruiting, and being able to send messages quickly is essential! We receive more responses and returned contact through texting than email; we've set up templates for our most commonly used messages, and it's helped our efforts immensely! What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Simple text has been easy to integrate into my existing office procedures. It was very helpful recently when we had a hurricane where our internet and telephone service was interrupted for a significant time. We were able to use Simple Text to reach out to our patients. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? The short links are bounced by Canadian carriers. Even if the text is bounced we still loose credits. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I love how easy it is to create keywords, add contacts and create and schedule campaigns! I also like that our subscribers can text us back with their orders for the week. The new recurring campaign feature is a real time saver! What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?
