What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I like the fact you can send mass texts and see what they will look like. Also, you receive insights from those and can track easily. I'm not sure who its competitors are but I enjoy using the app. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? One thing I dislike is when a phone number is invalid, SimpleTexting will still let you send the message and won't inform you that the number is invalid until later on. "Really Simple and No Glitching."

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Well designed. Only 5 minutes to learn. Happy! A short-term user of 1 month. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? It would be nice if a basic message could be more than 166 characters. Perhaps @200 would work best. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? We keep our guests informed about events, information and requests.

They have a comprehensive API to accomplish a variety of tasks, as well as webhooks to trigger replies and events in real-time. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? "Simple Texting is very easy to use. I'd like to see more integrations that didn't require Zapier"

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The ease of use. Creating and maintaining the texts is top notch. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? The lack of integration without Zapier. Having to pay for another service to use SimpleTexting isn't great. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? We're replacing an automated call service. This is much more cost effective and up to date. We are also able to clean up our list and see accurate analytics.
