Support was almost immediate and answered all my questions. It was also helpful in giving instructions and examples. This app is very easy to use too.

Run away!

Run away! Misleading advertising. After signing up, then found out that users have to have businesses (with EIN code) to use service. Simpletexting put me off (try this, try that, etc., etc.) and would not provide 100% refund even though I never used the service. Misleading "bait and switch" advertising and total waste of my time. Get ready to pay and get nothing!

Do not sign up for their "free" trial

Do not sign up for their "free" trial. I can find zero way to cancel. They reference links on their billing page by which you cancel, but they do not exist. Any attempt to reach them gives me a bot. There is no contact info. Canceling any product should be easy. When it's not easy it makes me feel I've fallen for a scam.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Ease of use! The user help section are great, informative and very helpful. Customer support is great. I really enjoy the way to segment groups and love the ability to set up texts to send out in the future and not have to sit and do it each time. This allows our group to reach all of our participants timely! So glad we have found this platform! What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? We use it for recruiting at our company. We get a better response rate than emails and phone calls. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?
