What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Being able to save text messages and save leads What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I'm not too sure if there is an app that can be utilized What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to save my messages and creating code words

Incredibly easy to set up text campaigns What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? sometimes I run out of character space to complete my message What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? It has been a great resource for reminding my members about upcoming events

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I like the desktop notifications. You have to multitask a lot on a computer, so being able to see when a text comes in while on a different screen helps so much. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I wish there were a way to create templates for texting. Sometimes retyping the same or similar messages can get tiresome. That would be a nice feature to add to improve the experience. "Very easy and efficient system."
What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Recurring Text. The simple ways you can create a text. How quick it is. Being able to message an individual customer if necessary. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? The number of Minimum characters that are given. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Just being able to reach our customers quickly and easily.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? It is very helpful and simple to send a text to our borrowers for responses or if we missed them when we call. A lot of our borrowers appreciate the effort we put in to reach them. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Not much to dislike about a texting platform. The credits were weird but that got handled here so there really is nothing else that we notice. Only thing that gets annoying is accidentally hitting tab in contacts and it not saving ...
