I've used SimpleTexting several years now and I love how easy and intuitive the interface is. Through Zapier, I'm also able to integrate it seamlessly with my CRM. Any time I have a question or concern, their support and response times are superb.

Gene is AMAZING

The support that we received from Gene was INCREDIBLE. She was very responsive and kept us up to date, even though it was upsetting that we could not use our account during a very busy time. Gene was transparent, provided frequent updates, and was sympathetic to our situation.We would love to know how we can avoid having our account deactivated in the future. We want to ensure that we are following policies so this does not happen again.
